Runners in turkey costumes at a Thanksgiving 5K

Start your Thanksgiving morning on the move at the Turkey Scramble in Ozark! This community race includes the Turkey Scramble 5K, a Turkey Doggie 5K so your pup can join in, a 1 Mile Fun Run and Walk for little legs, plus a virtual option if you are out of town for the holiday.

The mostly flat course starts at the Ozark Community Center and follows the Finley River for a scenic run through town. Costumes are encouraged, with an award for best costume, and proceeds go back into the Ozark community through programs like Christmas with a Cop.

The race is Thursday, November 26 (Thanksgiving Day) at 8:30 a.m. at the Ozark Community Center, 1530 W. Jackson Street in Ozark. 5K registration is $30 on RunSignup, and online registration closes November 13, so sign up early.
